If you booked prior to January 1st, double check the rate you booked at and the rate you’re actually charged! First, the newly remodeled rooms are very nice and clean. I loved how spacious it was and the comfortable seating area. Only problem with the room was the A/C, no matter how low we set it (on high, cool or auto cool) it wouldn’t drop below 76 at night which made it hard to sleep. When we checked in the front desk agent did not verify the dates we were staying or the rate and I didn’t think to ask as I had booked over the phone and was emailed a confirmation. The next morning there was a receipt under the door so I called the front desk to double check we were still booked another night and they said when there system updated it changed our stay to 1 night, they said it would be taken care of and they’d change the rate to $112 which is what I was originally quoted. Housekeeping still tried to come into the room and tell us it’s after checkout, so it was never communicated. We went down, got new keys, and a manger fixed the reservation. I then asked him to verify the price for both nights and they were set about $70 higher than I was quoted even after I was told it would be taken care of. Again, they said the system update changed the prices, so I’m sure a lot of people got charged more than quoted. He was very friendly and fixed it for us. We then asked for a 12pm checkout and again the next morning housekeeping knocked and asked if we were a late checkout, again telling me it wasn’t communicated even though we asked the night before. The food at Cow Creek was great, and everyone was very friendly.

I love Seven Feathers. I have been to many tribal casinos in the US and everything they do far surpasses all of them. They are extremely clean, they keep decor fresh, great casino floor staff as well as front desk. The restaurants are great and their point systems rock. It isn’t too big and it isn’t too small. This is by far my favorite casino to come to even when I lose! Great job management and team!

Location is convenient because it's right off. The freeway staff is kind of far and few between. But the arcade It's pretty cool. Me and my son went in there and played a bunch of video games.where I don't gamble. Maybe nicer if they expanded the video game center a little more for kids that are here with their parents and made it a little bit more affordable. The way I see it is you already make so much money off of the gambling. Why not give it back by making your arcade a lot more affordable Say a quarter of a game, it's not like you're have very much maintenance and doom and not like you have to watch Over him. Like you do the video game slots. I don't quite understand why they charge so much for it. And don't have a big area, but it was cool.

Always a good time here with friends and family. Love the arcade, pool, sauna and hot tubs. Good food, customer service could be a little better. Waited forty-five minutes for someone to help us in the arcade after i called for assistance, no one showed up. We took a shuttle for free to a restaurant down the street. Nice, friendly driver. Overall great experience.

Thanks for offering free electric vehicle charging. You should consider adding more spots as they were both full when I arrived and it seems like a great way to get people into the casino. I would not have stopped and spent a few hours at the casino if you did not offer free charging! thanks again!

We enjoy the rooms and service at Seven Feathers and try to make a point of staying there3 or 4 nights every 3 months or so, Brandi at the Spa cuts our hair, we enjoy the gaming and convince to other things we do in the area.Food has slipped like everywhere else since Covid...once had the best Carrot Cake in OregonHowever the Baker and Chef left and Management has not had the desire to returnTo First Class Food Service...there is several places to get good food within 50 miles and The Mill has the best pastries around.

Always Pleasant and Worthwhile! I go monthly with my kids and sometimes just me. The staff is generous, kind, and just amazing. The rooms are clean and spacious. I actually went this time to celebrate my birthday. I got a surprise knock at the door and there was an employee standing there with a yummy piece of cheesecake and a birthday card for me from the front desk. 😋 so sweet!

Was a quick trip but I enjoyed the hot tub and kids really liked swimming and the arcade room. Wish there was more food choices to eat, felt limited. Haven't been since post covid when they had the all you can eat. Had a good time, short and sweet. I'll definitely go back, maybe for a few more days.

Great Casino to stop at if you’re traveling with children. They have a pool and arcade to keep the kids occupied as well as a few family friendly restaurants. The only thing as a downside is the prices of the restaurants are a bit expensive for what they are. For adults the casino has a wide variety of machines as well as a good number of table games. My family and I stayed the night and the rooms were spacey and pretty luxurious.

Love to get away to this lively place, fun to get away and have a meal, or play some machines maybe take a moment to stop in the bingo hall and play a few cards. They always have live concerts or some kind of attraction going on. The rooms are very decent priced and well kept up. Also they have a vip room its amazing should definitely check it out if you haven't yet.

This place sucks unless you like giving money away. We never win. Not sure why we come back ever except that it is close to home. We figured we might win at least once. Never happens, might as well just walk in and hand them our money. They are to greedy for us. Will not be going back. Would rather drive further where at least there is a chance to win. The only reason there are good reviews on here is because the hotel is nice as long as your not going to gamble don't waste your time or hard earned money.

Our car broke down on the way to California and we needed a place to stay for the night. Fortunately they had rooms, although it was pricey!! The room was nice. No complaints. The casino area was not too crowded, but seemed smaller than expected. I liked that there were beverage areas for sodas and coffee as you were gambling. We ate in one restaurant, diner type. It was okay. I felt like we waited a bit for the waitress to take our order. All the staff that helped us were nice. They also have an indoor swimming pool that a lot of families were using. Would I stay again, probably not, but if I lived in the area, I would for a short getaway.

I've not stayed in the rooms as it is my stop heading up north with my RV. No hookups, but it's great to have a rest here for the night. The place is very clean. Diner Restaurant was nice, and breakfast was great for the grandson. Nice perk was we happen to be there a day they host a Farmers Market. The grounds are beautiful, especially all the roses. Great to see they offer their venue for a space for the community to have a farmers market where we bought several items for the reminder of our trip. Also, across the highway, they have a fabulous fuel/struck stop. So clean!

Great stop over. Stayed in east tower king rooms. Room was very nice and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Check in was easy. 2 EV chargers available both need maintenance. Clips broken off both of them so had to fidget around to get a charge. Casino fairly smoky and we were there on a quiet night. All the staff were great. Ate at the sports bar and it was decent/good. I would definitely stay again.

The water pressure here is 5 stars! Nice big shower head in our hotel room’s bathroom. My girlfriend had a prolonged joyful and exuberant experience in the shower. Worth the $200 for the room! Why go to church to say “OH GOD” when you can come here instead? And the steak is good too!

Cow Creek Cafe has large breakfasts and they are very tasty. The casino and hotel Christmas decorations are the best I have seen in a public place in quite a while. Sorry there is not room service or cleaning because of Covid. But the service was outstanding. We could ask for fresh towels or extra glasses and be served quickly. Everyone was friendly and nice. First time I have stayed but won't be the last.

Atmospheres nice, the people are really happy and comfortable working there. They really is no stress on the gambling floor. All the games are clean. It smells really nice. The only problem is the food seems to be designed for the older palette. So it's plain and a bit mushy. I had hash browns that taste like there was mashed potatoes inside. Very odd. But other than that it's a really great place to go and hang out and get your gamble on.

I was put on the wait list on one of the most busiest night of the year. They contacted, explained what was going to happen, and got me a room as soon as someone cancelled. They are always friendly, efficient, and helpful. The rooms are always clean and the beds very comfortable. I truly enjoy staying at the hotel.

Loved the room. Bed was comfortable. Big bathroom. We enjoyed the sitting area. The pool and spa looks great but didn't have time to use, will have to come back. Casino was smokey, not really my thing, ran through my $20 bucks in less than 20 min. Next time I will save it for the spa.

Last summer (2022) we visited and had a good time. Fast forward to this summer we received some coupons and free play dollars—we spent a total of two nights this time around. Excellent modern rooms. The casino has a great vibe, and I appreciate they have lots of places to chill besides just in front of slots.The pool is great, and the restaurants are a great value with great flavor. We don’t live close so won’t be back for a bit, but look forward to going back. Easily the best casino in Oregon!

Two day get away! Love that it is pet friendly, always have a wonderful time. Love to play slots, all kinds to pick from. Usually win a little, sometimes alot. Friendly and fun. The casino is nice for those who like to gamble. The hotel was not worth $220 per night it has very poor water pressure in the shower couldn't even was my hair. I was just blown off when I let the front desk staff know. We did stay in the side they said was the better side. Not a luxury hotel. I would say good option if you want to drink and gamble and not get a DUI.

This establishment is widely regarded as one of the premier gaming destinations within the state of Oregon. However, it does have one notable drawback, which is the relatively early closing time. On the positive side, smoking is permitted within the premises. I would like to inquire if there is a designated non-smoking section available. I frequent this establishment periodically and consistently return due to the exceptional quality of the games offered.

Members at front desk always pleasant and helpful, courteous and polite. Rooms always very clean! Servers at the restaurants always polite and friendly. Food and drinks very good! Casino floor clean! One exception Slots, they didn't cooperate, they didn't give me my Jack Pot!! Not to worry, as the Terminator said, " I will be back"! Thank you, 7 Feathers, always a fun time!!

Beautiful mountains all around! The casino was tons of fun. The pool was refreshing. The hot tub was relaxing. The room was airy and spotless. The restaurants available are numerous and each place we tried was delicious. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The gift shop had great items available. The salon looked extremely inviting. The entertainment was nice. Make it a destination stop when a good band is booked, you won't be disappointed.

Had a great time as always. The resort is designed for families. They have a large pool, hot tub, video game room. The rooms are clean and updated constantly. The restaurants are first class food. Pizza, umpqua ice cream and pastry station. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Sadly, I have to make my first not so raving post. I’m not sure what happened when you folks made all of the changes. But it shows. Drinks from a server were very weak , but when got from bar they were on par. (Doubles all night) room was not as cleans as usual. food was great as always, staff is the best. Tight machines. We are all trying to guys, loosen up. Also no cookies on a Friday. What the heck guys…… I’ll see ya soon. Cheers

We just stopped on the way home for a few hours. Amazing updates to the place. Friendly staff everywhere. Recommend biscuits and gravy :) We walked out about $20 ahead after eating and playing the machines. Have not seen the hotel. But use the bathroom, I will keep it as a secret but it was a HIGH TECH experience.

I pulled my RV to the dry camping spot. I was just passing through and it was a perfect spot to crash overnight, load up on cheap diesel, and enjoy the casino. There is security patrolling and a police station across the street. The lot is well lit and has trash cans. Everyone was super quiet when I was there. Look for signs that say “dry RV parking”.

The rooms were clean and beautiful, the water pressure was amazing, and the water was hot hot! Wish their coffee tasted better in the room.Wish they had a breakfast special for guests staying . Only complaint about the casino….the cigarette smoke it awful! Needs better ventilation. And more dining options.Overall was a fantastic stay!

What a placeIf you gamble even a little bit, this is a perfect stop on I-5 in southern Oregon. The place is just plain nice. The check in is easy, the rooms are awesome and the Casino is a happening place. Try the new game of Spanish 21....... My buddy and I both did well. Finish your day off with a great tub in the spacious spa. I will definitely be back.

I’ve been here a number of times, I really like this place although I’m a minor and can’t go play slots. I really enjoy their restaurant Cow Creek, it’s convenient that you can get just about anything at any time. I also like the arcade, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a prize counter that is a vending machine, it’s so awesome 🤩. I also enjoy the pool, it’s nice and big and the hot tubs/spa pools are nice and toasty. One thing I also really enjoy is getting ice cream from the deli counter, great prices, good flavor choices. Unfortunately I live 160 miles away in Salem so I don’t get to come that often but it’s almost like a rest stop for when you’re driving to a place in California. This should be one of the top casino resorts in Oregon to go to is it isn’t. Thanks for making my experience enjoyable 7-feathers 😁

I expected a nice meal but I was served raw chicken. Management probably hires an inexperienced chef. I asked for a refund and i was told that I ate it already by the server. Poor chef poor, staff and a lying waitress! I broke the chicken into piece due to one that was RAW. Too bad I was willing to tip. I will not miss this place! Adios their slots sucks 700$ in and no payout on a bonus feature.

Used to be our go to camp spot. Loved it. Then the prices got outrageous. 203 bucks for a yurt???? 93 for full hookup???? We won't be back. You guys think you're better than you are with those prices. Too bad. It is a nice resort but not for that kind of money!! Also had our cooler stolen. 200 dollar cooler full of beverages for the next day and there was an employee driving by and looking at it several times.

As always, I had another great experience at Seven Feather Casino. The property is always amazing to pull into and the staff is always eager to serve. Although I wish they had life Poker, they do have a variety of slots and table games for those who choose to play strictly those. Very clean rooms and again, great staffing with a real friendly atmosphere.

Amazing place. Customer service was so nice and accommodating. We forgot some of our toiletries and they were so awesome at helping us get what we need. We ate dinner at the steak house, Kbar. The food was amazing, but our waiter made the experience so memorable 💖. The casino was fun as well, we didn't go to the concert cause it was sold out, but people said it was great.

Well it was my birthday for this trip. Didn't get a discount on the room for my birthday! They don't have a buffet here any more. Which was disappointing..sports bar was alright. ( long wait) at least we got some meal coupons. The gaming floor is very confusing and the bathrooms are hard to find. Didn't even get offered free desert or anything for my birthday at dinner. The one nice thing I got was some cheese cake in my room in the frig. Thank you! ( leave more creamer in the room for coffee)

I often take my kids to the safari in Winston for a day trip. After staying at Seven feathers with my husband a few weeks ago I decided to make it a 2 day trip and get out of the heat and smoke. Overall it was wonderful. The staff were super kind. We did have staff call our room about 4:30 am because my youngest was crying off and on. This really upset me at first because he wasn’t that loud and I have worked in a resort before. After more thought I wonder if there have been instances where parents indulged in too much alcohol or even left their child unattended to gamble. So if you have one who may have problems sleeping in a new place, be aware. The rooms were extremely clean. However, there are no microwaves. Once again, I wonder if this has to do with alcohol. There are public microwaves that are very clean though. My kids loved the arcade and pool. The pool is the cleanest I have ever seen! The k-bar was overpriced and did not “ wow” me. The other restaurant was okay for breakfast but nothing special. Last time I went we ate at Styx which was amazing. I wish I could eat there with the kids because I would have spent a lot of money on good food. The coffee shop was good and they worked fairly fast to keep things moving. My daughter begged to stay one more night. We will be back at some point.

It’s a casino and that is pretty much it. There are services for kids. If you bring your children with you there’s a nice large pool and small arcade. There are very few restaurants that are kid friendly, but there is a nice cafeteria, which has the best food prices, and probably the best food, I have pictured it in my photos. The service overall was OK. There was a mix of workers who were happy to be there and others who did not like their job and it was apparent. Don’t expect any extra accommodations. If they do something wrong they don’t seem to care at all. Stayed the night, the accommodations were comfortable, so no complaints about the hotel room. However, if you’re sensitive to smoke, the casino does allow smoking in most areas and you can smell smoke through most of the halls of the hotel, and sometimes through your vent in your bedroom, even though the rooms are non-smoking. They kept saying over the speakers that someone was winning over twelve hundred dollars like every hour or less but I never saw someone win money or that large of a sum of money so it felt like it was a recording. Most gamblers did not seem to be happy Did not really see many people winning so if you’re going there, expecting to win don’t. If you’re a strategic gambler, you might do well, a lot of the workers on the tables seem to be newer, which could also mess you up as well if you are experienced, so overall it is a mix of everything. Restaurants are not too good there was a fly in my drink twice at one of the bars but don’t let that stop you from trying the food. Don’t have any expectations. I would go back again though. Overall not too bad.

Went for Anniversary Dinner, unfortunately the systems were down, all the employees were fantastic though. They were very respectful, communicated very well, and still offered excellent service that is why the four stars. The food was less than great, and the smoke was very difficult to ignore.

Room was nice and clean. Wonderful bedding. Shower head was very strong and there’s no adjustment. Bath tub drainage is very slow so when you shower you are standing on soapy dirty water.
